Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ
of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the
impugned notification dated 21.8.2014 in advertisement no.6/2014 issued
by the 3rd respondent and quash the same in so far as the impugned
notification of Adhi Dravida Welfare Department vacancies and
consequently direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner as
Direct Recruitment Secondary Grade Teacher 2012-2013 .
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments
of MR.S.RAMAR, Party in person for the petitioner and of
MR.V.R.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the
Respondents 1 to 3 in both cases and of MR.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate
for R4 to R27, the court made the following order:-
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official
respondents states that there are about 14 posts vacant in SC category.
As there are no candidate available for the priority category, they have
to accommodate the candidates from the other categories and in that
exercise, according to the learned Special Government Pleader, the
petitioner in this writ petition will be automatically accommodated as he
being a physically challenged person. To complete the said exercise, the
learned Special Government Pleader requires four weeks time.
Accordingly, the respondents are directed to complete the above exercise
on or before 31.05.2016.
2.Once the petitioner in W.P.(MD.No.16547 of 2014 is accommodated,
then it would render the writ petition infructuous which in turn would
enable the other selected candidates to fall in their place.
3.Post the matter on 06.06.2016.
